U16 Eastern Finals – TEAM ONTARIO DETAILS

Team Ontario will be selected after the completion of the U16 OCUP Finals. Click here for Selection Criteria. Confirmation of acceptance of spots is due Friday March 6. A second list will be released Monday March 16th post U16 Nationals with roll down and appeal spots.
Team Ontario will depart March 25 via motor coach. Collingwood athletes will be picked up at 6:00 am at the Metro Supermarket parking lot (corner of First St and Hwy #26) and Toronto athletes will be picked up at 8:00 am at Costco (100 Billy Bishop Way). Please confirm what location each athlete will be getting on the bus (Collingwood or Toronto) by emailing Lisa at memberservices@alpineontario.local.

- March 26 – Super G Training
- March 27 – Super G Race
- March 28 – Giant Slalom
- March 29 – Slalom
March 29 – return to Toronto/Collingwood via motor coach after completion of the competition.
Budgeted cost for the trip will be as follows:
- Bus $200 – 2-way bus
- Hotel $400 – Tour de Voyageurs & Sommet Des Neiges
- Food – $350 – all dinners will be catered and breakfast/lunch will be in the condos
- Race Fee – $172
- Team Jacket – $200
- Misc – $350 – training, rentals, coach & travel expenses
Budgeted Total – $1672.00 +HST
Final invoice of the bill will be issued after the completion of U16 Eastern Finals.

All fees listed above will be plus HST. Payment of $1,672.00 +HST will be due March 13th via credit card (+4% processing fee), cheque or on-line banking (like paying your Rogers bill on-line). Payment can be arranged with Lisa at memberservices@alpineontario.local or 705-444-5111 x 110. Each athlete will be responsible for food during a travel day, lunches and spending money while on the trip.
Team Jacket: The Helly Hanson Zebroid Jacket (mid-layer insulator) is available in sizes ranging from Youth 14 & 16 and S, M, L & XL unisex sizing. Please notify Lisa at memberservices@alpineontario.local of your preferred size by end of day Friday March 6 so we can have them screened in time for the teams’ departure. Jackets will be sent on the bus for those athletes who cannot pick up in Collingwood.
The Athlete Code of Conduct and on-line medical information (PrivIT) must be completed and returned to the AOA office before March 13th. Please scan/email or fax all completed paperwork to Lisa at memberservices@alpineontario.local or fax (705) 444-5116.
Please email Lisa at memberservices@alpineontario.local and confirm where their athletes will be getting on the bus Collingwood, Toronto or Ottawa by Friday March 13th.
