Join us for a fun day of seminars, skiing, and success stories withfemale role models from the Canadian alpine community.

Chosen participants will be randomly selected (and informed via email on February 12th) – each club will have representation.

10:00 am Registration – West Lodge, Georgian Peaks Ski Club
10:45 am Welcome message: Mackenzie Investments
10:55 am Host introduction: Marie-Hélène Thibeault
11:00 am Indoor session 1: Mindset coaching
11:30 am Indoor session 2: Nutrition and body image
12:00 pm Lunch (Main Lodge)
1:00 pm On-hill ski session led by Alpine Ontario(lift pass included)
3:30 pm Snacks + athlete meet and greet / autograph signing
4:30 pm Panel discussion with athletes
5:00 pm Swag bag distribution / Event concludes
