U14 & U16 FEMALE SKIERS
AOA’s Women in Coaching (WIC) Group would like to offer a 3-day Spring Training camp at Mont Tremblant from April 10-12
Camp objectives include:
- Building a community of female athletes and coaches
- Developing skills by doing them together as coaches and athletes
- Building confidence through mentorship
Activities during the camp will include:
- Free skiing
- SL and/or GS training (depending on conditions)
- Off-snow sessions (gym, yoga, team building, etc.)
- Interactions with role models (via web or in-person)

Expectations:
Athletes/ parents will be responsible for transportation, accommodations, food, and lift tickets
Tremblant Group discount rates are available for accommodations and lift tickets – email jski@alpineontario.ca
Cost: (based on 20 athletes & 5 coaches…subject to change)
$450
This covers transportation, accommodation, food, lift tickets, hill space, and other expenses to cover coach expenses during the 3 days
Coaches:
Highly skilled female coaches who have experience in leadership, role modeling, and team building
Coach Mentorship Program:
If there are female coaches who would like to participate in this comp as “mentees” and are willing to learn from more experienced female coach mentors, please get in touch with us!
