Ontario Development Ski Team
The Ontario Development Ski Team is a high-performance program made up of Ontario’s best U19 FIS ski racers, and based in Collingwood, Ontario. The primary goal of the Ontario Development Ski Team is to provide athletes with the best possible preparation en route to the Ontario Ski Team and the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. It focuses primarily on performance at regional and national FIS racing, with exposure to international competition.

ODST Head Coach – Women & Men – Henry Yeigh
Henry brings a depth of experience leading FIS programming at the Whistler Mountain Ski Club and, most recently, as the assistant coach with the Canadian Alpine Ski Team Men’s World Cup Tech Team. This is Henry’s 2nd year with the ODST Team.
Having grown up racing in Ontario, he started his journey as a coach at the Caledon Ski Club over 10 years ago.
He and his partner, Calynn, live in Meaford. Since returning to the Ontario race scene, Henry has been reconnecting with his ski racing roots and positively influencing athletic development.

ODST Assistant Coach – Women & Men – Tobias Porter
With over a decade of experience, Tobias is known for his technical precision, motivational leadership, and dedication to athlete growth both on and off the slopes. His coaching philosophy emphasizes skill development, mental resilience, and a passion for the sport. Tobias is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential while fostering a supportive and inclusive ski community across Ontario.

ODST Head Coach – Women & Men – Canadace Crawford
Candace is a Canadian alpine ski racer and 2018 Olympian with World Cup and World Championship experience, including a silver medal in the 2015 Nations Team Event. From next-level coaching at Georgian Peaks Ski Club, she brings her high-performance racing background and hands-on athlete development experience to mentoring the next generation of skiers.
ODST Assistant Coach – Women & Men – Mattia Cason
Mattia is an Italian alpine skier and coach with extensive experience competing in FIS-sanctioned downhill and super-G events. He has achieved strong results on both the European and South American Cup circuits, bringing high-level racing insight and international experience to his coaching.
