ONTARIO SKI TEAM WOMEN
2024-25 SEASON RECAP
Another Season has come and gone for the Ontario Ski Team Women. This year’s travels truly brought us worldwide with training camps in Chile, Norway, Sweden, and across North America, and racing and competition across North America and Europe. This year, we are proud to say we saw several of our athletes hitting the podium in races both at home and abroad, with the team hitting stride in slalom. With nearly 200 days on the road, we can say that after a great season, the Ontario Women are ready for some time to rest and recover before we get going again in May.

Although there are too many people to thank individually, we know our success can’t be achieved without so much community support from so many sponsors, businesses, individuals, and organizations.  Truly, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone, and we look forward to seeing you on the slopes soon. – Coach Cam Stephen

ONTARIO DEVELOPMENT SKI TEAM
2024-25 SEASON RECAP
The Ontario Development Ski Team has just wrapped up a successful 2024/25 season, closing things out with spring series competitions in Alberta and British Columbia. Overall, this season was marked by strong athletic progresspositive team culture, and a renewed sense of unity with the re-amalgamation of the men’s and women’s teams. Many athletes took meaningful steps toward their goals, whether that be joining the Ontario Ski Team or pursuing post-secondary athletic opportunities.

Our preparation phase took us across the globe, with on-snow training in El Colorado, Chile; Peer, Belgium; Whitehorse, Yukon; and Panorama, BC. In total, we logged 44 days on snow during this period, focusing on building a solid technical and tactical foundation, cultivating strong habits, and strengthening team cohesion. While our primary focus was on the technical disciplines, we were also able to incorporate valuable speed training blocks in Chile and Panorama, rounding out our skill set for the race season ahead.

As the competition season kicked off in early December, our focus centered on the FIS O-Cup series and the Quebec Super Series. Additionally, we made two trips out west, competing in the Kimberley Dreadnaught speed series and the Panorama spring series. Throughout the season, our athletes competed across all disciplines and earned numerous podium finishes in U18, U19, and overall categories.

As we move into our end-of-season debriefs, I’m incredibly proud of the work this group has put in over the past year. Most importantly, they’ve represented Ontario with integrity, dedication, and pride—both nationally and internationally. – Coaches Henry Yeigh & Tobias Porter
