Active Life Conditioning (ALC)  and Alpine Ontario Alpine (AOA) are expanding the Zoom workout offering to all U16 and U14 across the province.  ALC and AOA collaborated over the spring and summer months running excellently attended Zoom workouts for the U16 High Performance Program.  All U14 and U16 AOA registered athlete’s can sign up on the AOA website for each workout at no cost.

Workouts will maintain athletes fitness and keep them in ready to ski shape by focusing on agility, quickness, core strength and stability, upper/lower body strength and energy systems specifically for the sport of alpine skiing.  All workouts can be done without equipment however you will need a device to log on to Zoom and if you have a exercise mat, weights and or a skipping rope that can help.  A list of items that are nice to have will come with the zoom link to day before each workout.

Workouts will take place at the following times for the next 4 weeks:

U16 – Mondays @ 5pm – January 18, January 25, February 1  and February 8

U14 – Wednesdays @ 5pm – January 20, January 27, February 3  and February 10

You must register each week for these workouts and the Zoom link will be sent to you by memberservices@alpineontario.local the day before the workout.

PLEASE NOTE: Only registered members of AOA can participate.  Other family members and friends are not permitted to participate based on AOA and ALC insurance requirements.
