ALPINE ONTARIO INTERIM STATEMENT ON SPORTING EVENTS DURING COVID-19
Alpine Ontario Alpin (AOA) will be making an official statement by end of day on March 12th, 2020 about its sporting events and all AOA athlete travel during the COVID-19 outbreak. This statement will be aligned with our National Governing body, Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) along with the Canadian Snowsports Association that governs the insurance for our sport.
Considering the recent worldwide sporting cancellations, school closures and the risk of virus community spread AOA will be acting with the utmost care and diligence in preventing the spread of COVID-19 moving forward.
