AOA – Kiri Cyrelle Meulendyk – Building Holistic Athletes
After Kiri’s BSc in Kinesiology, she completed a Masters at Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) in Strength & Conditioning (S&C) in 2016. Shortly after that, in 2017, she started at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO), working with provincial and National sports (Softball, Archery, Equestrian, Ice hockey, beach volleyball, Freestyle Ski, Water polo, Artistic Swimming and Wheelchair Rugby). In December 2021, Kiri finished her Human Kinetics Masters with a Concentration in Intervention and Consultation at the University of Ottawa, becoming a certified Mental Performance Constant (MPC) and has been working with the SOD and ODST teams and lots of other alpine athletes ever since.
Kiri is passionate about translating her knowledge from school and her experience as an athlete to help other athletes perform their best while enjoying their journey through sports.
