part of building something exceptional. Devil’s Glen is searching for hard skiing, hard
coaching, fun, dynamic, modern coaches. Devil’s Glen Racing is working toward one
clear objective: to become one of Canada’s premier alpine racing programs.
We are building with intent. The Devil’s Glen racing program is implementing a fully
overhauled Long-Term Athlete Pathway that establishes a clear and consistent direction
for athletes, families, coaches, and members. At the same time, we are delivering
unified technical and tactical models that give our coaches a shared, modern
framework—common language, clear expectations, and aligned teaching methods. The
goal is simple: deliver consistent, high-quality coaching every day and ensure every
athlete progresses with purpose.

Our coach hiring philosophy prioritizes being a good human first and is nonnegotiable. Second, we want great skiers and racers on our staff. Finally, we seek out
great pathway knowledge whether as a coach or athlete. We value coaches who work
and coach hard, ski at a high level, are motivated to learn and improve, coach with
intent and energy.
