Fitness Combine: beep test, hexagon, long jump, penta jump, push up, sit up, box jump, squat, deadlift

Volunteers Needed: We’re looking for volunteers to help manage the sessions. No experience is required—a short Zoom orientation will be held beforehand to walk everyone through the agenda and plan. If your club is sending athletes, please ensure at least one coach or parent volunteer is available to support. Volunteers will have lunch provided, and if you’re looking for community service hours for high school, we can support with those as well. You can sign up through the registration link above
